The software service plan for your practice includes telephone support and remote maintenance, as well as an emergency service for public holidays and weekends. Additionally, this contract provides free program upgrades for purchased software modules. This way, you can always keep your software up to date and benefit from all new developments and improved or additional features.

Detector Replacement – Fast and Simple

OR Technology offers a special replacement service for X-ray detectors so that you can promptly resume your work in the event of a malfunction. The service includes the provision of a comparable loan detector / replacement detector for the duration of the repair of the detector for which the service package was ordered. This service applies regardless of whether the detector is still under warranty or not.

Remote Maintenance Software

Here you can download our TeamViewer-based remote maintenance software. This software allows an Oehm und Rehbein support employee to access your computer. Access can only occur after you have provided the employee with the displayed ID.

Support Logging Tool

To provide log files from our programs to support, simply download the Supportlog.exe. You can run this program on any dicomPACS® Windows system. It collects information relevant for troubleshooting and provides the option to automatically send it to our support team.
