The “Dynamic X-ray” of dicomPACS®DX-R allows continuous visualization of the examined area using pulsed X-rays on the reporting monitor. This method is particularly suitable for evaluating moving structures such as the diaphragm or the beating heart. It also delivers excellent images for gastrointestinal contrast studies. The system supports dynamic X-ray with high-resolution detectors in various sizes.
dicomPACS®DX-R offers numerous additional features that significantly enhance diagnostic efficiency. These include specialized chiropractic tools, Cobb angle calculation, and pelvic tilt measurement. Integrated reporting allows fast and straightforward documentation of results. The system also supports image stitching and connection to AI-assisted thorax screening* to detect various types of lung diseases.

The app dicomPACS®DX-R remote control enables efficient control of the X-ray process, including planning and viewing images directly via your smartphone or tablet – ideal for outdoor use. You can review, delete, and control images without returning to the console. The software is platform-independent and usable on low-resolution devices. Additional features include instant image review, easy installation, and uninterrupted management of the planning list.
GLI (Gridless Imaging) replaces physical X-ray grids and reduces scatter radiation to improve image contrast and brilliance – for all body regions from thorax to extremities. The flexible, intelligent image processing adjusts virtual grids individually, prevents brightness issues, and reduces radiation dose. Ideal for mobile use at the bedside, in the OR, emergency department, or intensive care units.
