The Amadeo V mini II X-ray machine has been specially designed for the requirements in veterinary medicine and is particularly suitable for small veterinary practices. The completely flat 4-way floating table without upstands will convince you. This veterinary X-ray system is a completely in-house creation "Made in Germany" by OR Technology and the result of close cooperation with veterinarians and university institutions.
The PC as well as a drawer for storage aids are inserted directly into the X-ray table to save space. The 32 kW high-frequency generator with rotating light visor is also integrated in the X-ray table. The foot brake on the table can be used to stop the movement of the table top and to operate the light on the collimator. A standard wall socket is sufficient to power the system. No major conversion measures are required.
The 180° swivel and height-adjustable touchscreen monitor allows convenient operation of the X-ray software (acquisition and reporting) in a very confined space. The integration of your practice management system is a matter of course for us.
A 3-stage LED status display on the X-ray stand provides simple visualisation of the operating status. With the help of the 2-step foot switch, the X-ray shot can be prepared and triggered.
As a special highlight for the small animal practice, there is the possibility to have the Amadeo X-ray tables artistically designed. The well-known artist from Rostock Felix Fugenzahn was commissioned to create single-line drawings. Four animal motifs are optionally available.

Economical | The Amadeo V-DR mini II can be used with a standard socket. No major conversion measures are necessary. |
Comfortable | The completely level patient table without upstands is equipped with a floating tabletop and silent brakes. It allows for generous movement and can be operated from the front panel. The height-adjustable monitor arm can be rotated by 180°, enabling a comfortable operation of the acquisition software. |
Efficient | Thanks to the integration into your existing patient management system the patient data is available at the push of a button. |
Visible | Software status display via large LED in 3 colours |
Space-saving | The PC is integrated into the X-ray table. Therefore no additional cables or brackets are necessary. Furthermore, the X-ray system has a sophisticated drawer system for positioning aids etc. |
Excellent image quality | The high-quality X-ray detector based on a caesium iodide (CsI) scintillator offers top image quality even at low X-ray doses. Especially in direct comparison with the standard, widely used GadOx (Gd²O²S:Tb) detectors, this edge in quality is clearly visible. |
User friendly | The professional dicomPACS®DX-R X-ray software for acquisition and diagnostic offers an intuitive and modern graphic user interface. The examinations can be conducted comfortably at the monitor while all necessary adjustments of the X-ray parameters are automatically communicated to the generator. |
Fast | Shortly after taking the shot (6 - 8 seconds), the X-ray image is available for viewing and diagnostic evaluation. This ensures a quick workflow. |
Cleverly designed | A positioning guide integrated in the X-ray software provides information on the correct positioning technique for any examination of cats and dogs. |
Unique | Special measuring functions such as MMP (Modified Maquet Procedure), TTA, TPLO and heart measuring are provided without extra cost. |
Compact | The X-ray system boasts a compact and very space-saving build. The 230V high frequency generator is integrated directly into the X-ray table, allowing an installation in confined spaces. Additional cable ducts or space for the generator are unnecessary. |
Straightforward | The rotating light visor is equipped with LED illumination/timer and can also be operated via foot switch or foot brake. |
Safe | Clamps for attaching restraints: These ties can be used to hold the animal in place so that the staff can leave the controlled area during the shot. |
automatic | AI-supported HD measurement for dogs (determination of the Norberg angle) |
You asked for it and we made it happen: With this new feature both your hands are free for positioning the animal to be x-rayed and you do not have to search for the light switch first. The collimator light remains on as long as you are standing in front of the X-ray system.
Your advantages:
At the heart of each Amadeo system is the dicomPACS®DX-R acquisition and diagnostic software with the integrated X-ray positioning guide developed by OR Technology. |
Here you can find a list of the available X-ray detectors. Different types and sizes of X-ray detectors allow an individual configuration of the system. |
